Your client data stays outside other client engagements
We use the information you choose to submit only to evaluate and manage a potential engagement. Application answers are held in private application storage, limited to authorized owner review, never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train public models. Operational notifications carry only a generated reference—not your name, email, company, workflow, or other answers.
System access begins only after a signed agreement. We request only the systems and data needed for the agreed result, use the least privilege practical for the work, and require your approval before access is established. Access is removed, returned, or transitioned under the engagement closeout terms.
We do not disclose one client's confidential data, credentials, prompts, configurations, or deliverables to another client. Each signed engagement defines the people, systems, approved purposes, and handling terms for that work. Reusable Aria capabilities remain separate from client-owned confidential material.
Application and engagement records are retained only while needed for review, an active or reasonably anticipated engagement, support, dispute prevention, and legal or accounting obligations. A signed engagement can define stricter return, deletion, or retention terms. You may request deletion of information no longer needed, subject to identity verification and any obligation that still applies.
The site does not install third-party advertising pixels. Cloudflare hosting, analytics, and edge security may process standard usage and network data such as page visits, IP address, browser metadata, timestamps, and security logs. Application records also include submission time, source page, referrer, and campaign parameters present in the URL so we can operate and secure the service.
If we confirm a security incident affecting information we are responsible for, we will act to contain it, investigate its scope, preserve the facts needed for recovery, and notify affected clients as required by the signed agreement or applicable law. Engagement-specific response contacts and timing can be defined during contracting.
