An application, email, meeting, proposal, or technical discussion does not create a client relationship. Work begins only after both parties sign the applicable agreement and required payment is received.
Exact deliverables, integrations, timing, human approvals, sign-off conditions, and fees are defined in the signed statement of work.
Each signed engagement defines the observable tests and conditions that earn sign-off. Website descriptions do not guarantee revenue, cost savings, uptime, regulatory compliance, autonomous recovery, fitness for a particular purpose, or results controlled by users and third-party systems.
No public website statement authorizes autonomous legal, financial, medical, employment, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions. Those uses remain excluded unless a signed agreement explicitly defines lawful controls and approvals.
Client materials remain subject to the signed agreement. Aria's pre-existing software, methods, and assets are not transferred merely because an application is submitted. Credentials and system access must use the approved engagement process.
These website terms may change as the service changes. The executed agreement for an engagement controls if website language conflicts with it.
